Travel the vast and varied landscape hunting dangerous beasts and killing other survivors. Welcome to the world of Rivals, a hardcore multiplayer-only survival video game set in the harsh environment of the Far West.
Rivals plans to be released in early access on Windows and macOS. Rivals will be created on the likes of popular game like Escape From Tarkov and Red Dead Redemption with crafting elements akin to those in Escape From Tarkov.
What is an NFT?
An NFT, or non-fungible token, is a crypto token representing a verifiably unique entity that is mutually interchangeable. The first NFT-like token was launched back in 2012 and was built on the Bitcoin blockchain. However, the most common NFT, ERC-721, is built on the Ethereum network.
The Game
Hunt or be Hunted
Gear up, Explore the vast world full of hostile survivors, animals and try your best in earning gold. Choose your right combination of weapons and armor to survive. Earn $RVS by looting, mining or killing other players.
The objective of Rivals is to survive in the wilderness using gathered or stolen materials. Players must successfully manage their hunger, thirst and health, or else risk dying. Despite the presence of hostile animals, the primary threat to the player is the presence of other players and AI controlled characters, since the game is solely multiplayer.
How Do I Play?
Rivals NFTs grant access to the game. Once you and your friends are ready, you can then head out to explore the various lands of the world. As you adventure, you will encounter hostile animals and players that you can fight. Choose your best strategy to survive and make it out alive. If you run out of time you will lose everything!
You will be able to get started in the game without any expense and learn the mechanics.
